I felt really good today. Energetic & upbeat. The weekend… not so much.. alas no post for Saturday and Sunday. I still need to work out harder! I recognize that, I just haven’t done it yet.

Eating was ok today. I had a bit too much Kashi cereal, which, although healthy, seemed to trigger a desire for chocolate… or maybe I always have that desire… p

Eating was very good today. I was pretty active carrying 20 lbs boxes down the steps & also did some stepper, although not enough. Getting to bed early still seems to be impossible. I am so wound up after a busy day that I still haven’t been able to wind down early enough. I paid the price today as Gaby got me up at 5:00 a.m and again at 7:00 a.m.

Eating was very good today and I felt so much better. I was much more active although I still need room for improvement. I still haven’t conquered getting to bed early but I am actually doing better along that front by just keeping track of it.

Eating was very good today. I am actually a bit sore from all the walking on the sand yesterday, but still did some time on the stepper and some ab work.

Eating was pretty good today. I had to approximate calories on a few things but all in all was a good day. I walked quite a bit today at the beach and a bit around the neighborhood, as it was gorgeous and very warm for the end of November.

Eating was back on track today and feels really good. I figured I’d blog today on today and if anything changes I can report it tomorrow.

I had a nice workout on the stepper and also did some upper body strength training. That felt good as well. I must just make it part of my day – part of the routine.

Eating has been a bit of a disaster with the holidays; actually all the goals went to hell the past couple of days. I am back to recording everything today! The next thing I have to do is weigh in & see what the damages have been.

I did start my hour of moving yesterday and that felt good. I have an upper body, lower body & abs routine done with weights that incorporates cardio and strength training. It is kinda fun to change it up a bit. I do plan to still do the stepper and lifting, I just wanted to have some more variety.
