I ran on Saturday. Definitely able to get further – did about 1 1/4 mile run although I did have to walk part of it. I continue to feel so much better – amazing what physical activity does for the mind šŸ™‚

I had another boot camp session yesterday and oh my I am feeling the pain today. Honestly, I had to force myself to go but I am so glad I did. It was a great session. We ran, did lunges, squats, “push-ups”, tricep dips, lots of ab work, etc, etc. etc. I feel my running form is getting better and I am less winded as well.

Thank goodness I am only do this once a week – I think it might take me that long to recover šŸ™‚ j/k! I do plan to run and do weights during the week.

Still really enjoying Arctic Zero as well as Greek Yogurt and … Popchips. If you haven’t tried any of these products, I highly recommend them. Great treats without the guilt.
