1. Record everything – check; 1200 calories – check
2. Limit refined carbs to 200-300 calories – check
3. Hour of Moving – check
4. After 8 pm only high fiber food or liquids – check
5. Bed by 11:00 pm –gonna really try.

Crazy day today. I got a lot of exercise lifting boxes. I figure I lifted a total of over 1080 lbs!! up and down steps. It actually felt great!
