1. Record everything – check; 1200 calories – check
2. Limit refined carbs to 200-300 calories – NO check
3. Hour of Moving – check
4. After 8 pm only high fiber food or liquids – check
5. Bed by 12:00 am – check
I had to switch the bedtime until midnight cause 11 pm just wasn’t happening. I wasn’t sore at all after all the heavy lifting on Wednesday – Yay! Even though I kept my calories in check, I went a bit over in my refined carbs… (holiday gift arrived)…

I was so excited to finally see a check on number 5…….and then saw number 2.
The anticipation of when you have all 5 checks is overwhelming.
